These images primarily focus on the current state of the built environment in New Orleans, LA more less than 10 months after the devastation caused by levee breaks after Hurricane Katrina. These pictures include images from the French Quarter, Lower Ninth Ward, East Dover and other neighborhoods that have not necessarily gotten the spotlight placed on them.
